yes it simply says SILVER DOLLAR beneath the dollar. i believe the marks youre talking about on the reverse are on the plastic. they just happened...

it probably wouldnt even be worth grey to me cus its a frankie. the toning looks alright but for a 66 FBL the strike is pretty dull.
