Just got the grade back. I sent it through NCS to remove the copper spots... which they did... It went MS63+
Even the tan... I think it's those micro pits you see with terminal toning.
The brown toning looks very much like a coin that was heavily toned and then dipped. I've seen it several times... Not saying that is the case but...

It's the wire rim. This refers to the tiny little fin at the very edge of the coin... You can see it well at the 1-2 o'clock area of the obverse.
