today i bought a peace dollar from a local dealer and was notified that it was BU acording to the dealer but there are are a few hairline scratchs...
i never thumbed the coin under water i only rince it under hot tap water i was only trying to figure out if i can still get the coin graded...
what if you never rubed it and had it air dry
if i wash a coin under hot water is it considred cleaned?
