Standard Silver patterns were an idea of redeeming fractional currency notes for coins with less intrinsic value than the face value at the time....
I'm working on a U.S. Type set as well but patterns are my passion.[ATTACH][ATTACH] Cupronickel 3C from my Type set.
I enjoy it! Once you start you'll be hooked.

That one is amazing. I don't have any gold patterns, they make regular patterns look common AND cheap!
