I tryied to match the markers stated at "NGC"website for the 1971 D ddo,please do visit their page,let me know if i'm incorrect.
I do believe it to be a mint error,only beceause the word trust match's the main motto "trust",i'll just send it off to anac's,or ngc and if so be...

incorrect,tried hammering on over 30 coin's,can't get raised letter.The rim get's flattened.also with sunk in lettering then pressing will fill...
