Looks like somebody ground the reverse (back side) off. Definitely appears to have been damaged after leaving the mint. No value over 10 cents but...
Just looks like copper colored toning on the obverse. Quite normal.
Sorry, nothing special. The missing I could be a filled die or circulation damage. The weak S is a common striking characteristic.

Like the toning on the bottom dollar better. Also it looks to have a lot less bag marks, though that may just be the picture.
Definitely not worth getting graded. 1983's with plating problems are actually more common than those with perfect plating.
