I don't see the point, a solution to a non-existent problem. Seems to be just another marketing scheme.
Nice! Would appear to be a first pour/series. I've always liked the old pour bars. I have seen a few of these over time on Proxibid auctions also.
I don't understand that either, especially since they are just down the road from PCGS. Does anyone on CT know?
No
Looks like the 1889CC is orange hoodie now. Unfortunately, other listings are still active.
I don't know how you define "off," but the auctions results I see from GC and others such as Stacks are still humming along with good prices.
Does not look like mine either, I'd say no.
Its orange hoodie now, thank goodness. The proliferation of these fakes are terrible.
Thanks again for getting the word out. This is very concerning!
I got that email also. These are due to be shipped Summer and Fall of this year, correct?
Not surprised, as high as their prices are for what you get...
Thanks for posting sir! We appreciate your efforts to expose the fakes.
I'd pass on that coin, get a better condition one like @rte says.
I like the war nickels too. I remember getting them sometimes when I started collecting as a kid in the late 60's. Finally bought a nice Unc....
For me, getting a good rate on Hugh Wood Insurance for my collection is high on my list of benefits.
oops too many posts
orange hoodie now
