i would have been inclined to think the same but i look at it with a x65 microscope. it isn't drilled. and there is a rim of raised material...

they are not always silver. the 2004 Kennedy's were NIFC and all were minted as proofs. however, that year they had silver and clad examples, both...
so no silver anything but we did get 11 proofs from that last roll. plus the oddball 1971 that is gold plated or something. pretty cool![ATTACH]
