Yep, PCGS is usually a little higher than NGC but very close.
ICG is not a very reliable company and is not a top tier grading service. PCGS and NGC are the 2 best then a fall off to ANACS and a major drop...

Thats a great point. Most of the time eye appeal is more important than the official grade in my opinion.
I would upgrade those coins will become more valuable faster if or when you want to sell them.
