Its definitely cleaned you can see the portions of original surface that didn't quite come off but to that point like many others have said it...
Stick with one that is already certified because this date and mint mark is highly sought after and is highly susceptible to fakes and other...
Notice how it has absolutely no patina thats a dead give away that it was harshly cleaned at some point. Check out the images i posted below and...
