I found a 1999 Aluminium penny the size of a nickel but weighing 2.5. Any ideas on size as well as material stock
It could be a blank proof quarter since they weigh 6.5

I too have a 1999 penny that is silver in appearance and the side is all silver and no copper appears anywhere.
What is up with the mint mark? It looks like a p over s or maybe d.

It looks like a rpm with one d inverted. I Would check the mint mark closer
