Also the coins the OP is showing are two entirely different coins. Contact marks on the 66 posted are not there on the one in the original post.
Im going to take a stab in the dark with the horrible photos, what looks to be a dipped and retoned morgan ill say it graded MS64.
I too have taken many ANA courses, so im no stranger to grading coins. But stating you know how to grade from photos is like grading in the dark.
it does not necessarily mean that they grade inconsistently, it just means that you cant grade a coin from photos, which is true, you could have...
