Yes, since there are no big money colors like Emerald Green and Bright Magenta or Rainbow Bands 70.00 is about right.
How is the Blue? Is it Bright and Flashy in the light? or just light blue? How is the Luster? NGC only charges 10.00 for designation review...
The pictures hide the surface marks, the 63 PL looks cleaner than the 64 and the 64 was graded before the NGC did the STAR designation.
