is it just me or does anyone see a stacked doubling on the letters what I see with the loop is the same letters but the smaller I call it stacked...

last find before I sent it out to john. look at the snouts of the horses the big one and the 2 that are the closest to the big horse
it's a 1894 O I think it would fall into VF-15 or so thanks for your comments
