It looks like I may have found a 1982 D DDO large date Lincoln cent . And since the 82 's are so popular I think I'm gonna keep this one . LOL...
I guess having Good Luster on a coin is the only thing that matters and it excuses any visible the damage on the coins surface during the grading...
