IMO I wouldn't pay $20 each for those bills. I was able to pick up three Series 1957 PCGS Graded 58,65,65 PPQ, respectively, consecutive for $50...
It seems to be awfully hard to get a 70 on anything unless you're a large dealer. I can feel your frustration though.

+1 I would agree that you should check the mintage numbers. The FS designation is another marketing ploy to get people to pay another premium.
