With the additional photos posted above I have to agree with Dan. Quite a few 74-CC's show weakness to varying degrees in that area, but to see...
Love the coin, dove gray color and virtually no marks. I'd guess VF 35, if asked.
Unlike many of the classic commems, I think both the obv and rev designs are very well executed!

they look genuine to me, but the toning looks like something applied to cover up problems with the surfaces. Still, an up close in hand...

The official NGC photos don't really pick up on the flashy luster like the ones made in hand.
