What "lines" are you seeing? I don't see any die polish on this coin at all.
The coin shown in this thread has machine doubling and has no premium value. If your coin looks just like this one, it also has machine doubling....
Well, I'd need the other side to give you a full grade. But, that is one of the most scratched up Eagles I've ever seen. Probably a 65 or 66, tops.
