If you are on a tight budget I would just make sure they are in holders to protect them and enjoy them. No real reason to have them graded.

Check the edge of the coin for a band of copper. The Canadian quarter would not have the copper, a regular planchet would.
That is the correct weight for a copper coated zinc cent.

Looks like the D took a hit from something. Just damage I would say.
Just a normal cent with plating issues. The copper plated zinc cents can show all kinds of bubbles, wrinkles etc.
