I cannot tell you just when they stopped, but it looks a lot like this;

That first could well be AU, but I am going to take a shot at 64-BN. Second is 63 RB
That pic is just too small to grade a high grade coin. I think I can make out enough to limit the grade to 65, so that is not worth grading.

It is not just the 9 that looks funny, that whole date looks to me like it had been tooled.
