The overlay on the collar of the rim appears as though it was pounded, in my opinion. otherwise, very nice commemorative coin, congrats.
The high points on both sides seem to show cleaning otherwise nice Morgan.
I've gotten a '26 dime, quarter, and two '25 cents here in an Idaho bank. Very lucky so far.
The obverse carries the weight of the coin VF-30, although the reverse could bring it down, good luck.
