I would have paid a premium of 50 Dollars for this kind of toning.
I don't think that the joy this bargain affects is of long time. Please consider buying slabbed coins since these series are highly counterfeit.

It's a 56 D in MS 61
Looks real ro me. The condition is not very good, maybe it's a cleaned coin. But it's hard to say from these pics.
Post 1933 US Gold and state quarters series....
I think there is a shot to MS 62....however not really worth to be graded.
