That's a bit difficult. Weak strike or signs of wear obverse, especially the skirt line is weak. I guess MS63....

Those coins are very difficult to grade imo... But I lean toward out of the window and hope MS 65 for you......great toner!
At swagge1: I think you talk about a very common 1924 or 1927, the 1923 is definitely no common issue in MS 65.....;-)
