Cool find and it's of a relatively small mintage for this Type with 70 Mio.
This coin looks right with MS63/64. I see nothing what keeps this coin away from a straight grade.

Really nice coin with original surfaces. Everyone bit of a MS64....with a Small Shot on MS65.

Yes, indeed, but otherwise the Face is Free of Marks......so I take a Chance with 65...
