Just because something is VOLATILE doesn't mean it is MANIPULATED.
That's all the matters, esp. when you buy only 1 of them instead of 10 or 20 hoping to make a killing. Display it nicely and proudly ! :D
Only buy new issues if you LIKE the coins and if you don't mind having it decline in value a bit. The exception would be something that isn't...
