PMD. The machine used to roll them was set too tight and the end coins get damaged.
I've never heard of large and small dates on this issue. Am I behind the times?

At second look I can see what appears to be a light staining and wrinkled so I would agree. But a very nice error.
Very nice errors. It seems to me that errors on coins seem to occur more frequently than on paper money. Than again, maybe the paper money errors...
