Looks like a 1959-D with PMD but keep it, they stopped making them in 1959. :)
Nice collection. The best Radar I have is on a Confederate note for 1864. It's had written by 2 different people and certified. Sorry but no way...
The scratch marks starting with the 1 in the date and going clockwise through the T and I in In God We Trust, continuing to Liberty and back down...
It's a great piece. By the way, a maniac and a collector are the same, just spelled differently. :)
