The zip lock bag was no doubt not from the USPS but from the shipper.

When you've looked at as many pennies as most of us on CT have, it's common. No stretching the truth here.
I see clear doubling in a few areas but I believe it's MD. Just not strong enough to be otherwise but I'm looking at your photo.
