I think that the grading skills of some of the posters here are exceptional. Especially given the limitations of grading coins from photographs....

#2 all day long and twice on Sunday. I have seen cents come out of a dip in #1's purple hue. I like the original color of #2.
The coin likely had a QA Checks sticker on it. It's a different company that does modern coins. they use the same software as CAC.
There would be no good reason to do so. Unless it is proven (and it has, over and over again) that the TPGs are inconsistent in their grading....

I would say not FB. The coin seems to have blending on the middle band in the center. The bands are not clear and distinct, therefore no FB.
