As for ANAC's grading ability - I think currently they get more wrong than right. But that makes them a bargain for the right coin and I am sure...

In the 64 crowd and wish a bigger picture was posted to see that spot. Almost looks like more than a carbon spot.
Always problem free if possible. And if you are only going to hold it for a short time I would not purchase it - just save and get the better...
