I don't see any die cracks - on the O-106 the I to T relationship is completely different than the O-117.
I think O-117 based of I-t relationship, letters, arrowheads to A, mouth slightly open.
From the pictures the luster looks a little subdued - but still another nice one.

Fair enough. I personally would want to see it in hand - just because of the spottiness. And yes PCGS and NGC get some coins in higher grades...
