Really can't grade proofs from photos with much accuracy as hairlines may only show at certain angles. That being said, I'll guess PR65, CAC....

NIce looking old silver half. I'm partial to the 20/19 overdate.
I'll go with VG 10. Lots of dirt in the recesses, I doubt cleaned, photos just look a little washed out . Good luck on the grading submission!

it is in a straight graded holder. I have also looked at it closely under a point source light and don't see any signs of a cleaning.
