I would be in the AU camp. Seems to be just a bit of rub in those images. Great design I have always liked the perched eagle on the reverse.

I see potential rub on the leg of seated Britannia on the reverse. The grade would be highly dependent on that, so maybe anywhere from AU55-MS63...
