Not that my opinion matters, but I was on the fence between XF45 and AU50. I think AU53 is generous...at least based on those images.

Looks to say "MAGISTRAT DER STADT DRIESEN" -- Driesen is the German name for a town in modern-day Poland. It was a part of Germany until after WW2.
