Gorgeous Morgan, both obverse and reverse. Lovely, and a 5.3 from me.
I think it’s less NGC is tougher and moreso PCGS is becoming loose. On strike designations NGC has always been more strict.
I have seen that obverse before, but every time I see it anew it really scares me. :D

Cloudy proofs don't do much for me. I'm around a 2.

Very attractive little coin. The haymarking is also quite pleasing - very common on issues of this era and not distracting on this example.

I was not looking at huge pics when I saw hairlines. They are quite obvious in a couple of your obverse pics, even at small size on my phone screen.
