it looks like a 63 to me. strong strike and nice toning but the marks on the cheek hold the grade down, imo.
Almost looks like a rusted die, between the letters and dentils.
I think it's a 62 because the marks in the left field next to liberty's mouth are deeper than typical bag marks.
