Not fancy but some consider it s binary note as it has 2 digits in the serial number. A true binary note consists of ones and zeros.

Not considered a Mint error but some people do. The missing digit is caused by a grease or debris filled Die. Very common. We called them greasers.

Also looks like the top crossbar on the E is shorter. I would account for this as damaged.
