Silver in any form is good. I personally prefer US silver coins, MS-70 to junk grades are fine with me.
It's been cleaned so it would get a details if sent in. Leave it raw. It's starting to tone/retire which is nice.
Not a 70 but get it graded.
I'd give it a VG-8.
