Looks like a small indentation which is damage but the photo gets blurry when I enlarge. I'm sure it's PMD.

It's just worth one cent as it's a common date with so much magnification you can see errors on the entire coin.
It's worth one cent. You want the small date variety. I believe only two have ever been found.
You only need to be concerned for yourself. If you sold the coin at a fair market value your conscience should be clean. Whatever the buyer does...
