Yes it does. The slightest sign of doubling and we have an undiscovered error when it's worthless doubling or NAV.
I could not agree more. The gentleman the OP mentioned was and still is, correct.
I think it's a worn circulated nickel.
Well, yes, it's a 1969-S. No, it's not even close to a Doubled Die.
Have you found one? If do, please post.
That was not stated in the opening post. Thank you for clearing that up.
Looking forward to it. Enjoy the show.
We still haven't seen photos of this suspicious coin. Does it really exist?
My thoughts exactly.
Me too but it shows a different type of rainbow toning than the obverse.
That sounds like a wise decision. Looking in hand is always better than looking at good photos.
This is a rainbow coin, not mine but it's a nice example. [ATTACH]
That sounds like a great way to learn, have fun and build a collection.
Nice key date there @Inspector43.
Let me ask you this as a matter of learning. Does it look like a rainbow? I'm sure you answered no, so it's not a rainbow.
Nice find @FoundinTN. You've been doing some nice hunting with good results lately.
A clash can appear on both or one side. The overlay shows where the clash would be and what to look for. The same applies for all denominations....
You're welcome
Glad you did. It's a tough date.
Read your opening post. You did say you would jump. Read the the response posts. Another member told a story about another jumper. I quoted them....
