Just from the looks, I would take a guess that it was minted at Cyzicus with a mintmark of SMK. The obverse legend might have read: D N...
It all depends on the mint. I cannot read the mintmark at the bottom of the first image. If you can, we can narrow it down even further.

Yep. I actually bought the coin a few days ago, but saw the second coin on Ebay last night. I was stunned at the price difference.
