Out of curiosity, if that coin were broken out and re-submitted to either the same grader or another of the "big 3", what would it come back?
I'll guess MS69 just to find out. I have a personal belief that MS70's only come about from large companies who make bulk submissions.

The only thing I might add is to remove the Goo Gone with an acetone or xylene rinse...always finish with a clean, pure solvent.
