I think if you look at P/L 1921 Morgans you’ll see many with very noticeable striations. I’ve never seen a P/L 1921 without die lines.
I voted MS64 before seeing the GIF. I thought I saw meaningful marks on the coin, but they don't detract . . . I think it's more likely an MS65.
