Never use bleach to clean a coin. It reacts badly with metals.

If you look closely you can see the copper coating peeling off of the coin. The white metal underneath is the zinc.
It's a linear plating blister. They are common on those Zinc Cents and they are worthless, except for face value. Welcome to CT.
Personally I find the label with the higher price ridiculous. I know there are those who would argue but please don't.
The best person to ask is @paddyman98. I can't see any real value in that minor error.
