That's nuts.
It's from Philadelphia. Not bad looking for a 1962 but it does have a reverse scratch and it shows signs of wear. It would make a nice hole filler.

Wish I could find some 2020 rolls of anything. Very nice looking but keep a few rolls unsearched.
The coin has some small PMD spots but the area you are referring to looks like a small detached lamination.
