Looks like a 1944 and in that condition it would be worth face value.

The coin itself is normal but it has circulation damage and it's darker than it should be. Maybe from the environment.
Bright coins would look great in the holder. Darker coins require a light background to be shown off.
Maybe a 35 but this coin does appear to have been lightly cleaned. Therefore it may get a details grade from a TPG.
Uncirculated is a grade, not a type of manufacture. All business strikes start out as Uncirculated.
