Just put it in a flip or 2 x 2. It's nice for 33 years old but it's also common.
A very common date so it's only worth about melt value unless in excellent condition, which this is not.
Looks like the D took a small hit but everything else is common on Wheat Cents.

No just a bit of grease or debris on the Die. It could also have been polished out in order to prolong the life of the Die. Very common.
After seeing the photos I can now say the extra weight is from the dirt on the coin. Lol
