The rim looks slightly off Centered. It's called a MAD or misaligned Die strike. Very normal and it happens so much most of us don't even notice...
I like my quess at 45 better. It's a very nice looking coin.

It's a lamination error. No mystery. The hole is a detached lamination and the cracked area are not. They are retained lamination errors.
