I'd trust it until so have a reason not to but my suspicions would be up. When I see a claim like that I always ask myself, why?

The lines must be unbroken. PCGS and NGC use different standards for the FBL designation. Yours is not FBL.

It's a woodie from an improper alloy mix not an annealing problem.
Counterstamps are Damage to the coin but there are a bunch of collectors of these items.
That's as real as it can be.
It all depends on the coin, the Die, Date, Variety and the Counterstamp itself. Some are common but some of those counterstamps are rare.
That crack sure looks like a deep scratch to me.
