Look at the rim. It's thin at the top and wide at the base. That makes it a MAD.
If I look closely it appears to be Damage. It looks cut into the coin but along most areas of the groove it seems to have a small amount of higher...

It's made from zinc from an old worn die. In other words, it's normal.
West Point uses a different type if machinery in minting coins.
Large date
It's there but it's not from the mint.
I know it doesn't but it can leave several different types of marks.
It's nice but I'm not seeing FS. I doubt it will grade high enough to cover the costs.

Their lowest value is face value but it all depends on the coin, it's grade and what condition it's in.
